I was introduced to the Blue Lotus Wisdom through the Tibetan lineages, more than 15 years ago, and recently I’ve found that Tara is very often symbolized resting her foot on the Utpala Blue Lotus flower, while holding the stem or flower of the Utpala Blue Lotus on her left shoulder, from where she shares her endless gifts to the world in the form of the enlightened actions of her 21 emanations. Also, in the sleep yoga practices of the Bön lineages, a Blue Lotus is visualized in the Heart, holding 5 spheres as the Goddesses of the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space ❤️
For many years, I’ve worked with the essence of the Blue Lotus on the energetic dimensions and also through her powerful essential oils, and I’m now curious to discover more ways of connecting to her in the Together Temple, becoming One with its essence through the ancient practices of the Egyptian lineages ✨
In ancient Egypt, for thousands of years the Blue Lotus was used as part of religious ceremonies to reach higher levels of consciousness and connect to the Divine. The Blue Lotus and her medicinal properties symbolize Creation and Rebirth, as the flower emerges from its primordial waters once a year, to bloom for only 3 days. The plant was associated with the Sun~God Ra as the bringer of light and the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom” ✨
