True love can heal everything, even the deepest traumas. But what is love? What is trauma? ☀️
Trauma is a painful memory, imprinted in our psyche and for many people, programmed in deregulated nervous systems in early childhood when we’re unable to regulate it by ourselves. For me, held in an incubator for 3 weeks at birth, ELS (Early Life Stress) deeply affected the neurological pathways of my physical body, causing an over~stimulated stress system, continuously in a state of hyper~arousal, independent of outer circumstances. The receptors are unable to assimilate oxytocin, serotonine, dopamine and other neurotransmitters, which is challenging my capacities to hold vital energy and process emotions due to chronic tension ☀️
True love can give us the inner power to gradually liberate ourselves completely, without changing anything. By continuously relaxing inwards in the highest possible perspective of who we truly are, we can see that the essence of our own being is always at ease. We are and always will be, completely perfect, and that trauma, pain and suffering is NOT who we are ☀️
Not knowing our natural state as emptiness filled with infinite potential, or as pure unconditional love, is the source of all of our suffering. Thoughts, emotions and physical sensations arise within us and dissolve, and even though their labels and our identifications with them are often vivid, distinct and powerful, it has no independent existence outside of our own inner source of intelligence, appearing to be real ☀️
We have a choice in how we relate to it all. We can try to change it, feeling limited, or we can trust the truth of our open source where everything appears and dissolves naturally. When we rely on the openness of our ground of being for short moments, repeated many times, this knowing becomes continuous. It will not only support us to be more gentle for ourselves and all others, but resting in the awareness of this effortless wisdom benefits all beings ☀️
Whatever the circumstances of our lives may be, knowing these are the perfect conditions for us to guide our flow in the highest view of life, we are gaining confidence in our own source connection ☀️
