Our sexual identity is directly linked to our physical, emotional and mental health 🌙
In the West we believe we know everything, but most know nothing. We act like we’re 16 when we’re 40, and when we’re sexually unsatisfied in our relationships, we think sex toys can maybe fix it. We’re ignorant about how to transform our sexual energy into pure vitality and spiritual growth, and what we see as ‘boring’ is often constructive, what we see as ‘exciting’ is often devastatingly destructive 🌙
Through the Tao practices of the 16.000 year old dragon 🐉 lineage of the NEI DAN KUNG, which I’m thrilled to start teaching in 2023 once I’ve finished my education, I’m learning about sexual identity, inner alchemy, voluntary boundaries and aging gracefully 🌙
The way we see ourselves has everything to do with the maturity and ripening of our sexual identity. Tao teaches us how to slow down, to ‘not~do’, to let go of willpower, and to ‘lean back’ into a safe future. When we experience trauma for example, part of our soul splits off and leaves the body, stops breathing into it, and often continues to live only in the ethereal realms; leaving the traumatized soul~part alone, frozen and isolated ✋
Through a wide variety of Tao techniques, we learn how to bring ourselves in a place of safe intimacy within our inner landscape. I’ve experienced for example that only when I’m completely alone, secure and private, I can allow myself to feel more space and time in order to relax more deeply as a fully embodied human being on the long term 🌙
To become safe sexually, it means that we’re able to guide our own sexual energy instead of being controlled by it, or unconsciously using it to manipulate others. It’s not about suppressing, weakening, or tempering our sexual energy, it’s about finding creative ways to get to know this potential life force so well that we’re able to guide it, to become the master of our life and our sexuality. To investigate the infinite potential of our sexual force and power, to liberate it 💥 and to learn how to use it with awareness in order to cultivate true wisdom and live a full, happy and healthy life 🌙
